  •  What file formats do you accept for 3D printing?
    We commonly accept .STL, .STP, .STEP, and .OBJ files.
    If you only have 2D drawings (such as PDF or DWG), our engineering team can help create a 3D model for you, though this may incur an additional design fee.
  •  What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
    Our MOQ is just 1 piece. Whether you need a single prototype for functional testing or batch production of end-use parts, we can flexibly meet your project needs without the high cost of steel molds.
  •  What technical services do you offer?
    We provide a comprehensive range of industrial manufacturing services to match different material and precision requirements:
    SLA & DLP: Ideal for high-resolution resin parts with excellent surface finishes. Perfect for visual prototypes, jewelry, and dental applications.
    SLS (Nylon): Great for durable, functional plastic parts that require outstanding mechanical properties and heat resistance.
    SLM (Metal): Used for printing high-strength metal parts (such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Titanium) for aerospace, automotive, and medical industries.
    FDM & FGF: Cost-effective solutions for larger parts, jigs, fixtures, and rapid concept modeling. FGF allows for faster printing of large-scale objects using pellet materials.
    Silicone Vacuum Casting (RIM): Ideal for low-volume production of plastic and soft rubber parts, offering cost-effective and rapid turnaround while perfectly replicating fine surface textures and complex structures.
  •  How long does it take to get my parts (Lead Time)?
    Production time depends on the part's size, complexity, and the chosen technology. Typically, standard orders are completed within 3 to 7 days, including printing and post-processing. For urgent projects, we also offer expedited services.
  •  Do you offer post-processing and finishing services?
    Yes! We provide various post-processing options to enhance the appearance and functionality of your parts. Common services include:
    Basic: Support removal and sanding.
    Surface Finishing: Sandblasting, polishing, painting, dyeing (for SLS Nylon), electroplating, and silk-screen printing.
    Advanced: CNC secondary machining, heat treatment, anodizing, and thread tapping.
    Please specify your finishing requirements when requesting a quote.
  •  Is my design kept confidential?
    Absolutely. We understand the importance of intellectual property. Before you share detailed drawings or 3D files, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon your request. Your designs will never be used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
  •  What are your packaging and shipping options?
    We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet both urgent and bulk order needs. For standard prototypes and small batches, we ship globally via express couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and SF International, ensuring fast and reliable delivery (typically 6-7 days). For larger volume orders or cost-sensitive projects, we also provide sea freight options. All parts are carefully packed with protective materials (such as foam, EPE foam, etc.) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs will be clearly calculated and presented in your final quote.
